H & K Earthmoving originated in Darwin commencing operations in 1981.  The Company was originally formed by H.T. & J.P. Hassall with the aim of providing professional and reliable civil works and site services.  Initially H & K Earthmoving was involved in plant hire, successfully progressing to Civil Work, Sub Divisional Projects, Property Development and NT Government Contracting.  H & K Earthmoving is now one of the largest privately owned Civil Contracting Companies in the Darwin Region.  

Over the past 25 years of business H & K Earthmoving has demonstrated it's commitment to the development of the Northern Territory, it's resources and in particular tourist related developments such as Dundee Beach, Litchfield Park and Kakadu National Park.  

H & K Earthmoving is a member of the Civil Contractors Federation.
